Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the leather goods in their original dust bags and boxes to prevent creasing or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
